I am not going to lie, I am excited for this game’s imminent release. It is a city building game with a core foundation around economics, and supply logistics. I am a major logistics nerd, and enjoy creating efficient systems of logistics.
The series has typically handled the renascence era, but this modern/future edition of the game takes on resources, and limited supply/effect on climate and the world is an incredibly interesting simulation to play out in my mind, as you are tasked with either running your city as someone working with industrial scale to gain efficiency and stretch resources as long as they can go, or taking the goal of minimal impact, and working to harness the surroundings to allow for cyclical resource use.
** Update **
The game is absolutely awesome, and when you first go underwater for the first time it is magic. I have been enjoying playing with the logistical elements of the game.
